Itinerary Preview
Day 1: After breakfast, head to the Middle of the World to learn about Ecuador’s regions and how biodiversity and cultural diversity are connected. Continue west towards San Miguel de Los Bancos to settle in for the week.
Day 2: Head to Nido de Vida and learn about their community (La Bolivarense) and projects. Enjoy a hike and a river swim. In the evening learn more about Ecuador’s history.
Day 3: Work with La Bolivarense’s community group before spending some time working with Nido de Vida on a reforestation project. After evening reflection, have fun learning an Ecuadorian card game.

$1,800 / person for a 7 night experience, based on a group size of 10 participants and includes an AllPeopleBeHappy facilitator

Families should expect a physically active week that includes walking, hiking in local forests and pasturelands (uneven terrain), and swimming in local waterways.
