Hello, my name is Adriana S. Ayala Gonzalez and I am a social worker. I am currently the volunteer coordinator for Caras con Causa, a community-based NGO. Caras con Causa focuses on promoting community development to eradicate poverty through education, ecology, and economic development with communities in Cataño and Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Through this fellowship, I hope to expand my knowledge of how to continue supporting communities, while further developing my leadership.
