Kwame Appiah-Kubi is a native of Jukwa in the Central Region of Ghana and a graduate of the University of Cape Coast where he received a BA in Education (Accounting and Economics). After receiving his undergraduate education, he taught in schools and worked as an accounts officer. In following his passion, he pursued further training in tourism and hospitality at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Kwame and his family founded the Divine Kids Academy, which was his life targeted goal to educate and train children in his hometown village, Jukwa. He was inspired by his own humble beginnings growing up in Jukwa, which motivated him to provide a firm and solid educational foundation for children growing up in unserved rural communities. Kwame has stayed committed to the children and families living in Jukwa and the surrounding communities, where he has been a lead administrator for Divine Kids Academy since its establishment.

He has been working with Peace Humanity International Foundation Ghana (PHI) for over a decade. Peace Humanity International was formed to empower people with knowledge and skills for poverty reduction and underdevelopment which often contribute to causes of conflict in Ghana and the entire Africa.

With this fellowship by AllPeopleBeHappy, he is looking forward to sharing of ideas, and the opportunity to acquire new skills in spearheading sector-changing innovations like organic sustainable alternative garden and community concept of fair-trade learning.
